To Be Sure If Your Java-Mobile-Phone Can Do This:

Pair Your Java-Mobile-Phone With your Device Using Blue-Tooth Then Go Under The Blue-Tooth Devices Then Right Click On Your Blue-Tooth Device Name Then The Scroll Down Menu Will Show Connect Using (An arrow which will indicate right like this > Which will lead to Access point) Access Point. If you find the access point platform then Congrats to you cos You Can use your Phone to Browse With It. Ensure that you have Data.
